I only knew Mike through work but found his ethics and his dedication to the industry as a whole inspirational. He always tried his very hardest and gave it his all. It was only over the last few years I got to know him as an individual and I wish I had been able to do this earlier. Love and thoughts to his family. I have no doubt he will be much missed by those lucky enough to have him in their lives.
